Protect Vaccine Choice in West Virginia

A set of bills have been introduced, HB 2945 and SB 330, that would establish religious and conscientious belief exemptions to vaccination.

Parents have a right to make their own decisions about treatments for their children based on informed consent. Limiting a patient's ability to make informed decisions about what gets put into his or her body violates medical ethics.

Write to your representatives and urge them to support HB 2945 and any similar bills that would add exemptions to vaccination.

Urge your representatives to oppose SB 318, which would require all healthcare workers to get the flu shot every year.
